I found this article quite nice, until I began looking past open-source
bases. As private companies, non-profits, or hosted services these
options are ideal, but try to find an accessible CMS for state and
government agencies, and you will come up lacking.
The failure of these products to adopt true accessibility standards, not
just coughing up "section 508" code, is truly disturbing, and is a prime
factor in many websites still be inaccessible.
