[Accessibility_sig] The best way to link to mp3 files

Is there another way to create an accessible link to an mp3 file?  I had a
m3p link working in my sandbox but when I moved the site to the NPO's
hosting company it won't work and they say they don't know anything about
m3p links.  They suggested that I just put a link to the mp3 file but when I
do that it just tries to download it and returns a blank screen. I know that
you can right-click the mouse and select "save target as" but that doesn't
seem very accessible to me.  Any suggestions?
