[Accessibility_sig] question: are there any "safe" access keys?

Karl, you misunderstand me. Users would only need to set their access
keys once to work uniformly across websites, except for where sites
differ - e.g. one site may have a site map while another may not.
However, the script I linked to before, which allows visitors to a
website to define their own set of accesskeys for the site, is better
than the existing implementation in the standards!
