[Accessibility_sig] question: are there any "safe" access keys?

Agreed, Erik. Accesskeys are a good idea in theory, but not great in 
practice.

In which case, I suppose the best solution would be to not use 
accesskeys unless a user would *like* to use them. So, allowing a 
visitor to set their own accesskeys would be about as good as you can get:

Of course, you would need to use a server-side language to achieve this.
