Here is some information on making javascript accessible. I hope this
helps.
PS: I am not at all familiar with the javascript libraries you
mentioned, but have never heard of any out of the box software that
creates accessible javascript. If anyone has, let us all know.

	Are there any known issues associated with using javascript
libraries such as Prototype, JQuery, or Scriptaculous? I like Prototype
and would like to use it in a new web site for easier DOM scripting, and
