Amy,
A php style switcher is available here, if that is your goal:

Subject: [Accessibility_sig] question about stylesheet switchers
Can someone please advise me about the most accessible way to implement a
CSS switcher? I figured that JavaScript enabled switchers were not the most
desirable method, but I have spent the better part of the day trying to get
a PHP-based switcher to work, to no avail. (The instructions, from a 2002
article, are out of date). I would really appreciate advice as to which
method works best, and a reference to some reasonably simple instructions
for building the code. Thanks!
Amy
