[Accessibility_sig] Accessibility of Zoho Wiki

Our organization is considering adding a Wiki to our website.  I have been asked to test the wiki at zoho.com for accessibility.  Before I begin testing, I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge or experience of the accessibility of Wikis.  If anyone knows of a wiki that is accessible and can be added to an organizations website, please let me know.
