Although I'm sure there are some great web sites out there to help with this
(like php.net and such), I used this book instead:
http://www.amazon.com/PHP-MySQL-Dynamic-Web-Sites/dp/0321336577/ref=pd_bbs_s
r_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1197388774&sr=8-2
I found it to be very easy to follow and a quick read. The author explains
how to accomplish many common tasks in a simple way.
I was able to check the book out at from the library here in Houston, so I'm
sure others will have it too.
Best of luck!

Subject: [Accessibility_sig] php mysql
Is there any one who could give me some help with PHP and MYSQL? The
non-profit organization I work for wants to move our database from
Access to MYSQL, and I am not entirely sure how to do so.
Although I believe I now understand how to set up a MYSQL database,
and create the tables for it, I have only read about how to do so. I
have no experience creating or accessing MYSQL databases.
Although I understand it is possible to access information from a
mYSQL database through PHP, I have never written a PHP page before.
Is there anyone who can help us set up the MYSQL database and some PHP
pages to gain access to our database?--
