There is an area at the top of the Gmail window, next to your account
name called, Settings - this is a link and should be accessible through
both tabbing and a links list.
This will reload the window and give you a series of tab-like links in
the middle of the page, go to the link labeled Accounts.
In the account section, look for the Add another mail account link, this
will open a pop-up window which will ask a series of questions.
Fill in all the required information and you should be good to go

Subject: [Accessibility_sig] Could I get some advice about e-mail?
One of the people in my office has been having trouble, one way or
another, with her e-mail program for several months. I finally realized,
after attempting to fix her e-mail troubles for the fourth time, that
the right wy to solve her problem is to set up a gmail account for her.
I tried to set up a gmail account for myself first. I wanted to make
sure that I both knew how to set up gmail account, and that I could set
one up correctly. Unfortunately, I was not able to create my own gmail
account.
I use the Jaws screen reading program to access a computer because I am
blind. Unfortunately, Gmail does not work very well with Jaws. Although
I was able to create a gmail account, I do not think I set it up
correctly to "fetch" the mail from my work e-mail address. Is there
anyone in the Austin area who is familiar with Gmail and can help me set
up a gmail account for work?
