[Accessibility_sig] Could I get some advice about e-mail?

One of the people in my office has been having trouble, one way or another,
with her e-mail program for several months. I finally realized, after
attempting to fix her e-mail troubles for the fourth time, that the right wy
to solve her problem is to set up a gmail account for her.

I tried to set up a gmail account for myself first. I wanted to make sure
that I both knew how to set up gmail account, and that I could set one up
correctly. Unfortunately, I was not able to create my own gmail account.

I use the Jaws screen reading program to access a computer because I am
blind. Unfortunately, Gmail does not work very well with Jaws. Although I
was able to create a gmail account, I do not think I set it up correctly to
"fetch" the mail from my work e-mail address. Is there anyone in the Austin
area who is familiar with Gmail and can help me set up a gmail account for
work?
