I would like to put a link to a video file of a movie on my organization's
website. It looks like the choice of formats is either Quick Time or Windows
Media format.

Could anyone offer me some basic guidance before I start to look at the
details for including a media file in depth? I am wondering, specifically,
about:

a.) the size of a media file (for a 3-5 minute clip of a movie)
b. how difficult is it to convert a movie into Windows or Quick time
format?
c. Accessibility questions.

I would greatly appreciate any information about putting video on a website.
This includes both answers to the above questions and information about
where I can learn about embedding video.
