[Accessibility_sig] Test Form?

On a similar subject, does anyone have good information on what web site
testing for accessibility software there is and it's reliability of
information?

I could setup and do manual testing as I used to be SQA but I just would
like to know off hand.

Hey.

Can someone who is experienced at testing the usability & accessibility 
of forms test one I've created?

It's fairly complicated with javascript, most form element types, etc.

The page itself might not be so great, but I'm more concerned about the 
form for now.
