[Accessibility_sig] participants for informal testing?

Hi-
What's the best way to go about finding usability test
participants who use assistive technology to do somewhat informal
reviews of the accessibility of interactive sites/apps? We don't
want to hire a consultant org (sorry Knowbility :) or do a major
organizational strategic plan (again, sorry, wish we could!), we
just want to find some tech savvy users we can call on
occasionally to test new products and let us know where the major
accessibility barriers are. Right now we're mostly looking for a
baseline evaluation of a few products, so we know what our
customers are dealing with.
As we should be, we're aware of all the tools we can use to make a
*best guess* at accessibility... we'd like to get some feedback
from real live people if possible. It's been difficult for our QA
staff to install, learn and test with screen readers that people
actually use, in a way that's realistic.
Is there a centralized recruiting resource out there?
(participants could be remote, real-time not required). What
routes have you had success with in recruiting participants that
meet the profile? Speaking of profiles... anyone want to share a
screener for AT users?
