Kathy,
Thanks for the information from your research. Great knowledge to
have. You stated that SurveyMonkey had not responded other than an auto
reply. I asked the same question and got this response from Colby
Parrott about meeting section 508 standards.
"Currently, we are not. However, we are working on some upgrades to the
site to address that. I do not have an exact ETA of when that will be up
and running."

accessible and what is not (as survey software goes):
