At TSBVI we are just purchase ClassApps Survey Select. It is 508 compliant
mostly. But, when you purchase it, you have complete access to the source
code. it is all web driven and written in ASP. So...if you know ASP you can
tweak (which I am about to try...) to fix the problems.
It does put labels for form fields...but no fieldset and legend for radio
buttons or checkboxes. will be working on fixing that.

Subject: [Accessibility_sig] Accessible Web Survey Tools
Hello all,
I know this topic has come up in the past but was hoping for some fresh
content:
Are there any web survey tools that adequately address web accessible
guidelines?
Thanks,
Rhodes
