Thanks very much, Wes. I knew to tab from item to item, but I thought in
some cases you could select with the enter key. I appreciate the
clarification.

You don't navigate with the enter key.
use the tab to get from item to item (in IE, to get from set to set,
then use up/down/left/right to navigate the set).
Of use the keyboard keys prescribed for programs like Jaws, but either
way, Enter is never a navigation key that I am aware of.
You can select a radio/check box using the space bar.
