To select a radio button using the keyboard in html, the space bar is
the correct activation.

I am interested in this online survey tool, but I don't understand how
it can be strictly keyboard-navigable. When I attempt to select a radio
button with the Enter key, it submits the form and takes me to a
different page.

Hi Kathy-

I had mentioned I had a accessible online survey program, and you
expressed an interest. The survey is accessible, but the survey admin is
not.

here's a sample survey:

It's a PHP application, and does not require a database. The HTML tools
you will see on the "Survey Introduction" & "Survey Completed Text" 
fields on the edit form are not included off my server.

I you would be interested in this, or know anyone else who would be,
just let me know. It would be pretty easy to 'package' to drop on a
server and it work.
