[Accessibility_sig] Survey of blind voters in Texas

Everyone,
 
The CTD (Coalition of Texans with Disabilities) is conducting a survey of
blind/visually impaired Texans who voted in the last election. We are doing
this to gather information about their voting experience, and we are looking
for additional people to survey.
