I just ordered a copy of the A Credo for Support dvd from the following
website: http://www.specialneeds.com/books.asp?id=23011
and found the website had poor accessibility. This is especially annoying
because the website (entitled) Special Needs Project - America's Disability
Bookstore sells books/videos specifically about disability.

Although it is possible to read the page with a screen reader, the page
layout is very confusing. There are no headings, and the information about
ordering made it impossible (for me) to order a copy of the dvd online. The
website does provide easy access to order forms that can be printed out and
mailed in, and it is possible to find a customer service number to call an
place an order through, so the website does provide alternative ways or
ordering material.

I think it is embarrassing tha at website selling books about accessibility
barely meets requirements for an accessible website.
