[Accessibility_sig] Inaccessible Website listing?

It's been considered before, but not implemented anywhere as far as I 
have seen.

As Karl says, there are probably serious legal ramifications for such a 
public list, although SiteMorse in the UK publish league tables for 
Council websites based on various aspects including accessibility.

And it's definitely easier to list accessible sites than inaccessible ones.

GAWDS has the Site of the Month poll for accessible websites, and there 
are a few other lists of accessible websites that I can think of:
