[Accessibility_sig] Inaccessible Website listing?

After reading the discussions regarding Overstock.com's failure to meet
accessibility standards, I was wondering if a list of inaccessible web
sites is available. Of course, I understand that such a list could
never be all inclusive because there are over 100 million web sites on
the internet, but I think a list of inaccessible high profile web sites
like Overstock, Netflix, American Airlines, etc. would be very helpful.
If such a list existed and was highly publicized, it might put some
additional pressure on companies to make their web site accessible.
What would the legal implications be of publicizing such a list if it
existed?
Thanks.
