How about using the mouse with the left hand.
just go to the control panel, find the mouse settings, and change to a left
hand mouse.

Subject: [Accessibility_sig] alternative ways to access mouse?
The daughter of a co-worker of one of my parents recently had a brain
aneurism. One of the results of the aneurism is that she has limited control
over the right side of her body, which makes it very difficult for her to
use the mouse on her computer. She has struggled to use her mouse, and now
finds using the computer very frustrating.
Can anyone suggest alternative methods of accessing the mouse? I would be
very grateful for any suggestions about hardware or software that helps
people control a mouse.
